About the HouseBeing less than 100 miles north of Africa, the weather is - as you would expect - wonderful for the vast majority of the year, making it ideal for alfresco dining, barbeques and sunbathing. This comfortable modern house is situated in a peaceful yet friendly residential area. The property is surrounded by 1000sq.m of enclosed and decorative courtyard and ornamental trees. There is plenty of off-road secure car-parking. To the rear of the property there is a small orchard of orange and lemon trees, enabling guests to enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade - or enhance their G&T's - throughout most of the year. There is a superb pool area with high surrounding hedges and a tastefully tiled sun terrace with outdoor shower and exterior lighting. The pool is available for use from April to October and there is plenty of room for sunbathing and barbeques. The covered and decoratively-tiled porch is ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing with a drink and watching the sun go down. Outdoor tables and chairs and a family sized barbecue are to be found in the secure pool pump room. This bright and airy house has 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms with a further double sofa-bed in the sitting room. The property sleeps 8 people (plus 2 on the sofa-bed) and provides ample built-in wardrobes in every bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite w/c, shower and bath. There is a family bathroom with w/c, shower and bath. Towels and bed linen are provided. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and juice-blender and all crockery and cutlery. There is also a washing machine. English breakfast tea making facilities are also provided. The sitting cum dining room is a good size and has comfortable modern furnishings, two sofas (one double sofa bed), 2 armchairs, dining table and chairs and a large stone fire place with full supply of logs for winter nights. A portable cd, radio & cassette player is also provided for indoor and outdoor use. The stone-pine forest of Hinojos is less than 300 metres away. It is great for local walks, picnics, cycling, horse riding and birdwatching. There are two dedicated picnic areas and children's play areas nestling in the woods within 5 to 10 minutes walk of the house. Tired parents can enjoy a drink and seat at the café-in-the-woods situated within the first playground and picnic area. |
